He married twice. He married Joanne Herman Before 1954. (Joanne Herman is #2260.) Joanne was born March 10, 1936. Joanne is the daughter of Max W Herman and Thelma C Hasel. He married Audrey Ann Meyers After 1963. (Audrey Ann Meyers is #1840.) Audrey was born November 14, 1929. Audrey was the daughter of Charles Leroy Myers and Leona Estella Burkett. Audrey died May 10, 1998 at 68 years of age. Her body was interred May 13, 1998 Westwood Cemetery.

At 20 years of age James became the father of Ronald James Busdeker June 10, 1954. At 22 years of age James became the father of Daniel J Busdeker August 23, 1955. At 24 years of age James became the father of Allan J Busdeker January 7, 1958. At 27 years of age James became the father of Robert J Busdeker September 13, 1960. At 30 years of age James became the father of Dana J Busdeker January 23, 1964. He resided 1999.

James Busdeker and Joanne Herman had the following children:
