How to submit photos
| BY MAIL: If you cannot scan the photos, hard copy is acceptable. Please send copies only, and not your original photographs. If you would like the copies returned, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with the appropriate postage applied. Mail the photos to Roy Busdiecker, 12504 West 123rd St, Overland Park, KS 66213. | |
| VIA THE WEB: A few preparations will make the upload process easy and effective, and add to the value of your photos. You might want to print out these instructions before you begin, so you can refer to them as you work. | |

Upload button. The website will do the rest. When the file has
been uploaded, use the SEND FEEDBACK link to tell me that you've sent a
photo and to provide names of those pictured.

initials are xyz and your birthdate is March 1, 1970, then your files
would be named

| 3. | Prepare a text file using windows
notepad or wordpad. Name the file according to the example above,
but without the sequence numbers. In the example case, the file
would be named

It is important that the above information be
provided. If there are any questions and we are unable to contact
you, we will be unable to use your photos. |
| 5. | In the text file, provide a description
of each of the photos. As far as possible, please include date
(approximate is ok) and names of any individuals, places, and
organizations. If there is a "story" involved, describe it briefly.
Continuing the above example, the list should now be similar to that
below.
